Terms for NOVAI Pulse

Who are the parties?

The supplier is The Knowledge Formula - FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (registration number DSO-FZCO-36765, trade licence 38871, Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates). The customer is the company or organisation that takes out the subscription. The service is sold only to businesses, and the person who orders confirms that they may sign agreements for the customer. The Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act therefore do not apply.

What is included in the subscription?

A website that we build for you and publish on your own domain, optimised for search engines (SEO), AI assistants (GEO) and AI agents. The standard package includes 10 keywords that the website is optimised for, a new measurement and report every month and an admin where you yourselves change texts, images and the order of priority of the keywords. Add-ons: more keywords, 5 at a time for 500 SEK a month per add-on, and Compliance for 50 SEK a month. All excluding VAT.

What applies to add-ons and changes to the package?

Add-ons are ordered in your admin. Before anything changes, you see what it costs per month, and the change is made only when you have approved it. Extra keywords can be removed for the next period.

What applies to Compliance?

Compliance is an optional add-on for 50 SEK a month excluding VAT, with a contract period of 24 months from the start. After that the add-on continues month by month and can be cancelled to the end of the period. During the contract period we review the website against Swedish and common EU rules, every time the rules are updated and at least once a month. What we can fix on the website we fix, and in the monthly report you see what we found, what we fixed and what you yourselves need to do. The add-on is invoiced monthly. The review is indicative and does not replace legal advice.

When does the agreement apply?

The agreement applies from when you accept the terms and complete the order. It runs one month at a time with no lock-in period.

What does it cost and how do you pay?

The standard package costs 2,800 SEK a month excluding VAT, unless something else is stated when you order. The fee is charged monthly in advance through our payment partner Stripe, by card or invoice. The supplier is established outside the EU; for services to Swedish companies the reverse charge applies, which means that the customer accounts for the VAT. In case of late payment, default interest is charged under the Swedish Interest Act. If an invoice is unpaid 14 days after a reminder, we may pause the service until it is paid.

Moving an existing website

NOVAI Flytt (moving) is a separate subscription: we copy the customer's existing website (the public pages, the images, the addresses and the contact forms) and run it on our platform with our optimisation built in. The price is 100 SEK a month excluding VAT. Nothing is charged until the website is live with us, that is, the day the customer's domain points to our platform and we have connected it (the DNS change is made). From that day the fee is charged monthly in advance, with no lock-in period. The move does not include e-mail, domain registration, web shops and payment on the site, log-in, member pages or booking systems that run on the previous server; we say so before the move if the website has any of these. The customer confirms that the customer owns the website or may move it and that the content may be used, and is responsible for cancelling their previous web host. We make minor changes to a moved website on request.

Price matching with a discount code

If the website is hosted by a web host whose published regular price, excluding VAT and converted as in the comparison on /flytta/priser, is lower than NOVAI Flytt, the customer gets a discount code. It gives that price, but at least 20 SEK a month, from the first charge and until further notice. The prices may change; changes are announced in advance. We decide which web host the website is with from technical details such as name servers and web server. The code is tied to the domain, can be used once, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Recommend us and get free months

A customer can recommend other companies with their personal referral link. When a recommended company has taken out a subscription through the link and its website is live with us (the domain points to our platform and we have connected it), both get 3 months (90 days) without a subscription fee, counted from that day. If the customer already has fee-free time, the new days are added after it. If the person who made the recommendation does not pay us yet, their fee-free time starts when their own website is live. Any number of companies can be recommended. The recommended company must be another company and a new customer; the same company registration number, domain or e-mail domain counts as the same company. Fee-free time cannot be exchanged for money and ends if the subscription ends. In case of abuse we may refuse or withdraw the benefit.

How do you cancel the subscription?

You cancel whenever you want in the customer portal (Subscription in your admin). The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; a month that has started is not refunded. We may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately in case of a material breach of contract.

Who owns the domain and the content?

You own your domain and are responsible for pointing it to the website according to the instructions we send. You also own the texts, images and other material you provide, and confirm that you have the right to use it. We own the platform, the design system and the code. During the agreement you have the right to use the website. When the agreement ends, you get on request, within 30 days, an export of your texts and images.

What do we promise, and what do we not promise?

We build and optimise according to our rulebook and measure the result every month. Nobody can guarantee positions on Google or that AI services mention you, and neither do we. The compliance review is indicative and does not replace legal advice. We aim for high availability, but planned maintenance and outages at subcontractors may occur.

How is personal data handled?

For personal data processed on your website, for example in contact forms, you are the controller and we are the processor. We process it only according to your instructions and to deliver the service. Because the supplier is outside the EU/EEA, transfers are protected with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Read more in our privacy policy.

How is liability limited?

We are not liable for indirect damage, for example lost profit, lost business or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the last 12 months. Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances outside that party's control (force majeure).

Can the terms and prices change?

Yes, with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel the subscription before it takes effect.

Which law applies?

Swedish law applies to the agreement. Disputes are settled by the general courts, with the Stockholm District Court as the first instance.

What does the analysis cost?

The free analysis costs 0 SEK and needs no sign-up.

What is the compliance review based on?

The review is based on a framework of 416 rules in 64 areas of law, with Sweden as the first market.

What do we not promise?

The analysis is a measurement of what is publicly visible on the website. We guarantee no positions on Google and no citations in AI answers. The compliance review is indicative and does not replace legal advice. The analysis is provided as is.

How may the analysis be used?

Analyse websites you yourself have a legitimate interest in, for example your own or a customer's. To protect the service, the number of analyses is limited to 12 per 10 minutes and IP address.

May AI agents use the service?

Yes. AI agents and automated tools are welcome to use the public tools through our MCP server, the open API and the agent card. The same limit applies as for everyone. The public tools need no key. Every call is logged as an agent event (agent_event) to prevent abuse and improve the service.

Automated access policy (agent policy): AI agents may use the public MCP tools and the public API. Rate limit: 12 analyses per 10 minutes per IP address. No API key is required for the public tools; operator APIs require authorization with a signed-in session. Calls are logged as agent_event records for abuse prevention.

What happens to personal data?

We describe that in our privacy policy.

How do the terms change?

This version applies from 15 October 2026.
