In short: the free analysis (0 SEK) needs no sign-up. We use the web address to analyse it, and your contact details only to send the report and get in touch about the offer. No tracking cookies on the start page.

What data do we process, and why?
When you analyse a website, we process the web address. If you ask for the report, we process your e-mail address and, if you give them, your phone number and company name. We use the data to send the report, contact you about the offer and protect the service against abuse (for example by limiting the number of requests per IP address).
What is our legal basis?
Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to answer your request and protect the service, and contract (Article 6(1)(b)) if you become a customer.
How long do we keep the data?
Data about requests that do not lead to a customer relationship is deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Customer data is kept as long as the agreement applies. Accounting records are kept for 7 years, because the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires it.
Data from Google (Google Ads and Search Console)
When you or we connect a Google account to NOVAI Pulse (Settings → Google), we ask for only two permissions: Google Ads (adwords) to read Google's search volumes and click prices in the Keyword Planner, and Search Console with read access (webmasters.readonly) to read search statistics for the websites the account already has access to. We use the data only to show search volumes, rankings and clicks in the analyses of your websites and your customers' websites. We change nothing in your Google accounts, place no ads and create no accounts. Access tokens are kept on our server in the EU, which only the service itself can reach, and are deleted when you disconnect the account in NOVAI. You can turn off the access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The data is never sold, never used for advertising and shared only with the providers that run the service. No person reads it except when you ask us to, for security or when the law requires it. NOVAI Pulse follows Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the requirements on Limited Use.
What rights do you have?
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict or object to the processing and to receive it in a machine-readable format (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). We answer a request within 1 month, as Article 12 requires.

You can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), www.imy.se.
